High Voltage Capacitor Discharge Warning: After disconnecting the three-phase power from the distribution box, the internal high-voltage filter capacitors still carry a lethal residual charge. It is strictly prohibited to touch the mainboard immediately! You must wait at least 5 minutes before performing any operations.
Mainboard ID Recognition: Troubleshooting often involves core precision circuit boards like the C0209P (Sequence Control Board), P6255Y (Short Circuit Detection Board), and P6074H (Current Detection Board). Non-professional electricians must strictly avoid blindly short-circuiting or randomly adjusting potentiometers.

▶ 1. Panel Indicators & Power Supply Faults

(1) Main Power Indicator PL1 is OFF

• Switch is ON, fan runs: Only the PL1 indicator bulb itself is damaged. Replace it.

• Switch is ON, fan DOES NOT run: The machine is not receiving power. Check the factory distribution box switch and cables.

(2) Ready Indicator PL2 is OFF

This is a comprehensive alarm light. If it’s off, please troubleshoot following these branches:

If accompanied by other abnormal lights/sirens: Prioritize checking water pressure (PS2), air pressure (PS1), overheating, or input phase loss.
If a fuse is blown: Check if the internal F1 fuse has blown.
If ONLY PL1 is ON: Insufficient input voltage; or the C0209P sequence circuit board is faulty; or poor contact on the P6255Y short circuit detection board and terminal CN8.

(12) Preparing Indicator PL4 is OFF (After Power-On)

• Water pump is running: Only the PL4 indicator itself is faulty.

• Water pump is NOT running: Sequence control circuit fault, focus on checking the C0209P mainboard.

(3) No Gas Flow After Pressing Torch Switch

If the PL2 Ready light is ON but there is still no gas:

(4) Gas Won’t Stop / (5) No Pre-Flow Gas / (6) No Post-Flow Gas

Gas won’t stop: Gas valves SOL1/2 are jammed, or the C0209P sequence board has broken down, supplying continuous power.

Gas timing error (no pre-flow / no post-flow): Cutting sequence is disordered, leaving the arc unprotected. This is a typical control logic fault; directly inspect or replace the C0209P sequence circuit board.

(7) No High-Frequency (HF) Wave After Pressing Torch Switch

No internal “hissing” sparking sound: Check if resistor R6 is broken; check if HF transformer T3 is burnt out; or the C0209P sequence board isn’t issuing the HF command.

(8) Generates HF Wave, But No Pilot Arc Occurs

Has HF sound but no arc sprays out: Check if the pilot cable or power cable has a loose connection or is broken; check if the internal pilot relay CR1 actuates; check if resistor R3 is faulty.

(9) HF Wave Doesn’t Stop After Transitioning to Main Arc

After a normal arc starts, the HF generator should stop working. If it keeps buzzing continuously, it indicates a sequence control logic error. The C0209P PCB needs to be inspected and replaced.

(10) Output Regulation Failure (Massive Current Out of Control / Only Weak Current)

Current maxes out uncontrollably: Fault in the output current detection board P6074H; fault in the C0209P sequence board; or the panel current adjustment potentiometer R7 is open-circuited.

Can only output weak current: Similarly, troubleshoot the R7 potentiometer, as well as the C0209P and P6255Y sequence boards.

(11) Contact Tip Short Circuit Detection Actions Abnormally

At the moment of power-on, the short-circuit abnormality light flashes briefly then goes out, and the ready light doesn’t turn on: Check if the wiring harness of the P6255Y board and detection cable CN8 is broken.

(13) Cooling Water Abnormality Light ON / (14) Air Pressure Abnormality Light ON

Water Cooling Alarm: If the pump runs, check the water tank level and pressure switch PS2; if the pump doesn’t run, check the pump body, relay CR2, or C0209P mainboard.

Air Pressure Alarm: If it still alarms after confirming pressure reaches 0.4MPa, check if the air pressure switch PS1 is damaged, or if the C0209P detection circuit is abnormal.
