During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences abnormalities such as arc welding power source regulator circuit heating, wire feeding load exceeding limit, instantaneous power failure, or failure to read various characteristic files (constants/waveforms), the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 5042 to 5052 range.
