During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences parameter exceptions such as deviation, speed, area, mismatch, and weave amplitude during adaptive control, the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 6335 to 6404 range.
