The Binzel ROBO WH W500 is a high-performance water-cooled welding gun designed specifically for robotic and automated welding applications. The ROBO WH W500 torch neck is available in four angle options, with or without nozzle sensor. Standard order numbers are listed below.

Note: Nozzle sensor versions are used for through-arc seam tracking and require connection to the sensor system.

The ROBO WH W500 uses a range of high-quality consumables to ensure optimal welding performance. The main consumable parts include the contact tip holder, shunt, nozzle insulator, contact tip, and nozzle.
Available in M6 and M8 versions, in copper or brass. Copper holders are recommended for high welding currents.

The ROBO WH W500 uses chrome zirconium copper contact tips in M6 and M8 versions. Select the appropriate tip based on your wire diameter.
