Robot Alarm Codes 3010-3082 Repair

During the operation of the OTC DAIHEN Welding Robot, if the system experiences abnormalities such as excessive servo deviation, full spot welding count, CPU fan/temperature warning, or automatic backup exception, the teach pendant will usually display a hardware and control-level alarm in the 3010 to 3082 range. If these faults are not investigated promptly, they may cause serious operational safety hazards or burn the core boards.

3022Note: Previous Position Will Not Return at Next Servo ONAt the time of Servo OFF, it is in a state where the return target position cannot be stored; regardless of the return distance, the return action cannot be performed at the next Servo ON.There is no countermeasure, and no special release is required.
3037External Operation of Servo Welding Gun Not Allowed While Running ProgramThe external operation of the servo welding gun was executed while running a program.External operation should be executed when the program stops or the servo welding gun is disconnected. No reset operation is required.
