OTC Daihen Genuine Aluminum MIG Teflon Wire Feed Liner U4432G02 (3m Length)
U4432G02 is an official OEM genuine wire guide conduit liner custom-engineered by OTC Daihen for delicate aluminum MIG welding. Aluminum welding wire is soft and prone to buckling or bird-nesting at the feeder drive rolls if subjected to internal conduit drag. U4432G02 replaces conventional steel spring liners with an industrial high-purity Teflon (PTFE) inner liner. Featuring an ultra-low friction coefficient and excellent flexibility, it acts as a smooth expressway for aluminum wire. Re-equipping your torch with a genuine U4432G02 liner eliminates aluminum wire shaving, internal powder clogging, wire stuttering, and irregular arc length, ensuring silky-smooth wire delivery.

🔧 On-Site Aluminum Feeding & Teflon Liner Guide (Essential Reading)
- ⚠️ Critical Rule: Never Feed Steel Wire Through Teflon Liners!
- Teflon is ultra-smooth but softer than steel. Feeding hard carbon steel or stainless steel welding wire through a Teflon liner will score deep grooves into the polymer wall within minutes, destroying the liner. Dedicated liner separation is mandatory for aluminum welding.
- Prevent Aluminum Shaving (Burr-Free Cutting): When trimming liner length, use a razor-sharp tubing cutter to make a clean, perpendicular 90-degree cut. Burrs or angled cuts shave aluminum powder off the wire surface, clogging torch necks and causing micro-shorting popping during arc strike.
- Cable Bend Radius: Keep the 3-meter torch cable as straight as possible during aluminum welding. Sharp bends (<150mm radius) create internal wave-like buckling resistance that causes wire to bird-nest at the drive rolls.
- Regular Air Purging: Remove wire weekly and blow dry compressed air from the feeder end toward the torch to clear residual aluminum dust.
