Welding Cable Selection Guide

To ensure optimal performance, select the appropriate welding cable based on your welding current and cable length:

• For welding current ≤ 200A: Use 38 mm² cable.

• For welding current between 200A and 350A: Use 60 mm² cable.

• For welding current between 350A and 500A: Use 80 mm² cable.

• If cable length exceeds 17 meters and welding current > 350A (pulse welding), use a larger gauge cable for minimal voltage drop.
