The OTC DAIHEN DA350P is a fully digital inverter-controlled AC/DC pulse TIG welder. It provides precise arc control for thin sheets to medium-thick plates, making it suitable for stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, titanium, copper, alloy steel, and many other materials.
Adjustable AC frequency (30–200Hz) and pulse frequency (0.1–500Hz) with high arc concentration for superior weld quality.
Deeper penetration at the same current level; filler wire melts faster, improving welding speed and efficiency.
Multiple modes available: DC TIG, AC TIG, AC/DC TIG, and DC manual welding (SMAW).
100% duty cycle at 220A, optimized for medium-thick plate welding.
Automatic tungsten shaping ensures quick arc start, stable arc, and reduced tungsten consumption.
Current can be adjusted during welding to adapt to different metals, thicknesses, and gaps.
Data backup and welding condition storage enhance usability and safety.
